PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS

Participants requiring a visa should apply to the consular office or embassy of China in their country. Please note that the visa application procedure can take up to two months.

INVITATION LETTERS

The conference secretariat assists participants by processing the official invitation upon request. This letter of invitation, however, constitutes neither any obligation by the secretariat of the conference nor by the organizing committee to cover any travel and accommodation expenses, fees or other costs connected with attending the conference and staying in China.
