REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees for this conference must be paid via bank transfer. Please note the following important details:

1. Ensure all information is accurately filled out.

2. Regisitration fee will be paid to the account of Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT).

*Note: When making a bank transfer, please be sure to include "ICSB2024 + Your Name" as the payment reference. After completing the transfer, send a scanned copy or screenshot of the bank transfer receipt along with your name, status (e.g., student, professor), and invoice details to biorefinery@mail.buct.edu.cn. Once the payment is confirmed, the conference organizing committee will send a "Payment Confirmation Letter" to the email address provided. Please check your inbox for this confirmation letter, print it out, and present it during on-site registration at the conference.

3. Invoice Collection

Invoices will be available for collection during on-site registration. To ensure accuracy, please make sure to fill in the invoice header correctly. The organizing committee will issue invoices in advance for those who have completed the payment. Once issued, invoices cannot be modified.

4. Important Notice

Submitted papers will only be accepted for the conference and included in the proceedings if the author has registered and paid the registration fee. Each registered author may submit a maximum of one paper. Multiple authors of the same paper are allowed to register.

缴费方式一：扫描二维码缴费

1）微信扫描二维码选择对应身份填写相关信息

2）维护发票抬头信息并填写邮箱

3）完成缴费

4）返回即可查看下载普通增值税电子发票，发票同步发送至邮箱

5）11月15日之前缴费工作时间内实时开发票，11月15日以后缴费次月开发票

注：请将付款截屏以及注册人姓名、身份（学生、教师等）、发票抬头信息等相关说明在系统内上传，经确认后会务组将向发送邮箱发出“收款确认函”。请注册人注意查收“收款确认函”并打印，会议报到时请出示该打印件。

缴费方式二：通过银行汇款缴纳本次会议注册费。

3） 发票领取

发票在报到时领取。为保证您的发票信息正确，请务必准确无误填写发票抬头。会务组将提前开出已缴费代表的发票，发票一经开出，不能更改。

 重要提示

提交会议的稿件只有作者注册并交纳注册费方能被大会录用并收入会议文集。每一位注册并交纳注册费的作者最多能提交1篇论文。一篇论文可允许多名作者注册。
